Inkscape Tutorial for an Elegant Moon

Inkscape is a powerful program. It has all the features for creating elegant images. Here is one one of them. This half moon can be created by anyone. 

Note that white is not the only color that you can use to make this moon. Experiment with other colors. But to make its borders golden, you do have to choose something between brown and yellow.
