Those who do not have much time, but need to create a flower as quickly as possible will find this tutorial helpful. It is still important to mention that don't go by the title. The flower does not need to be titled as cartoon. It can be added to any graphics of your choice. Once again, by using the star function of Inkscape, this flower can be made. The video, however, will show two different ways. One contains a small amount of details. The other one is plain as show in the picture and video. Be slightly careful about the colors you pick. They make a lot of difference. In the flowers shown below, shade is used. You can override it to make your image more cartoonish.
